Hi, my name is Charlotte, I am the Baby Room Manager here at Little Learners Childcare as well as being the Senior Nursery Nurse throughout the whole nursery.

From being a very young age I have always wanted to work with children and couldn’t wait to get started. After leaving school, I went straight to college and I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education which was a great success and I gained lots of knowledge from this course.

I was then offered a position within a newly opened nursery as a qualified nursery nurse and was excited to put all of my ideas into practice. I had experience of working with children aged between 8 weeks and 4 years 11 months within this setting.

After being a full time nursery nurse for almost 2 years, I felt I was ready for a new challenge, which brought me to Little Learners where I was offered the position as Room Manager. Since being here at Little Learners, I have now been promoted to an even higher position of Senior Nursery Nurse, which enables me to work closely with the children as well as helping out with the full management of the setting.

I have been here since the very beginning of Little Learners and have loved every minute of it, we do our best to provide high quality care and learning for all children and ensure children are happy at all times. We have grown to be our own little family at Little Learners! :)
