Hi
My Name is Kaysha Coales and I am the Nursery Nurse in Pre-School during term time and school hours as well as the Assistant Playwork Manager in the Out of School Club so my role is quite varied and fun!
After leaving school I went straight into college to study for my CACHE level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Development, which I received high grades in and gathered a lot of experience. After college, I decided to volunteer for a small animal charity that I lived close to and thoroughly enjoyed, before working in a nursery setting, which I did for approximately a year. Whilst at that nursery I experienced every age range as I moved through the rooms, which gave me a great knowledge and understanding of the children’s development.
I love working with pre-school children and I am looking forward to my new challenge in the out of school club and developing my career further in childcare.
