Our staff team are chosen for their caring, genuine and warm personalities and the way in which they visualise children as strong and competent members of the community.
All staff receive regular professional development training, which ensures we keep up to date with the current procedures and best practice but more importantly, our staff are learning so much from the careful observations they make of children and are continually monitoring and reflecting on their childcare practice.
All staff are reference and CRB checked, following a rigorous recruitment procedure to maintain children’s safety within our environment.
