All meals, snacks, nappies, creams and wipes are all inclusive in the fee structure.
A minimum booking of 2 sessions a week is required to help children to settle and feel secure.
(1 session = 1 am / pm)
Fee’s are due monthly in advance by the 1st of every month, and are calculated as follows:
Weekly fee x 51 (weeks) / 12 (months)
Our preferred method of payment is by standing order, any other method of payment will only be agreed at the strictest discretion of the Nursery Proprietors.
Nursery Education Grant
Children aged 3 & 4 years are entitled to Nursery Education sessions funded by the government. Each child is able to access 15 hours of childcare and learning a week FREE during term time only (38 weeks of the year), and this entitles your child to Quality Care and Early Education, following the Early Years Foundation Stage. The 15 hours can be used on their own as FREE morning or afternoon sessions (flexible to meet the needs of the family), or they can be topped up with payments to make full morning, afternoon or day sessions, with the 15 hours discounted on your monthly invoice.
Meals are not included with the funded only sessions, however snacks will be provided with fresh water, and if required, meals can be supplied, for a charge of £0.50 per breakfast, £1.50 per lunch and £1.00 per tea.

For parents looking for term time only sessions, we can offer a reduction of fees by 50% during the 6 week summer holiday period OR a reduction in the sessions your child attends – please discuss and arrange with the nursery management team. Normal fees and sessions apply to all other 1 or 2 week school holidays.
Staff Discounts apply according to position within the nursery
Little Learners Childcare will close for all 8 Statutory Bank Holidays, plus an extra 3 days at Christmas, dates are confirmed nearer the time.
The Nursery Fees are effective from 1st January 2011 until 31st March 2012.
