At our nursery, we have very high standards to maintain, and in order to do this, we are very careful and particular about the staff we employ. We understand that to implement high standards throughout the nursery, our staff must have similar visions and values to our own. Therefore, we recognise that the success of our nursery is through our staff, and for this we reward each team member for their continued hard work and commitment.

Our staff are rewarded with an excellent holiday package and time off in lieu for any out of hours training or extra activities and overtime. Our salary structure is dependent on individual staff members, their qualifications, experience and commitment to our childcare approach and high standards. Our salaries are designed to recognise the hard work of our employees and far exceed minimum and ‘standard’ nursery wages. However, we do expect a level of commitment to positively and actively promote the nursery and our high standards to enable us to maintain high occupancy levels. As well as excellent salaries and holiday packages, we also offer a bonus scheme to our employees, including a no sickness bonus and an annual Christmas bonus. Our aim for our staff team is to establish and maintain a happy and positive working environment, where everybody can enjoy coming to work. We expect our staff to be respectful of one another and to take the time to help somebody else where needed.

We will be respectful to all of our staff and we will allow a lot of responsibility and flexibility within the nursery (and The Club), in order for our team to take ownership and pride in their efforts and achievements.
