Hi.

I’m Ruth White, Joint Proprietor.

I have an Administrative and Financial background and will undertake this side of the business along with working in the Kitchen preparing and cooking the Nursery meals.

Although I have no childcare experience other than bringing up my own children, I have recently attended a lot of training courses along with Sam, to help gain professional knowledge in the childcare sector.

Recently I have successfully completed my Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Catering as well as attending the “A look at Nutrition’’ Course.

I am also planning to get the children involved in growing vegetables in our Nursery Vegetable patch. They can help me to pick the crops once they are ready, and I will show them how I will be preparing them ready for their dinner that day. This I am hoping will encourage them to eat and enjoy vegetables with their dinner.

I am really excited about our venture, and looking forward to meeting you and your children in the near future.
