After 2 years employment at Little Learners, earn an extra day holiday, after 4 years employment gain a further 2 days, and after 6 years gain another 2 days!

Training:
Little Learners Childcare meets all Training costs and provides regular Professional Development Training to meet employee personal and professional needs as well as the needs of the Nursery!
All in house training will be provided either by the Local Authority or the Nursery Management, and on completion of the training ‘Certificates of Attendance’ will be produced to add to portfolios and copies will be displayed in the Nursery reception. For attendance of any ‘out of hours’ training, time in lieu will be given as follows:
Half day course = 3 hours
Full day course = 6 hours
At Little Learners Childcare, we do expect a level of commitment from our staff, to undergo further training where deemed necessary, including vocational qualifications to enable our staff team to continually grow and progress, leading to better outcomes for the children in our care .
Our aim is to help all of our team members to gain a minimum of a level 3 qualification, as well as helping our senior staff members progress to higher qualifications such as NVQ 4 or Foundation Degrees .
Our overall aim for our staff is that we can establish and maintain a respectful, happy and fun environment , where everybody can enjoy coming to work, which in turn will lead to a higher commitment to quality standards of care, learning and play . We need to be helpful to one another and work effectively as a TEAM , because Together, Everyone Achieves More!!
